Remedies Not Working for Kittens with Cloudy Eyes

Hi, kittens have had cat flu from 2 weeks. Now they are 3 months at the moment I want help in this question, they do have herpes, 2 months of antibiotics, 3 different types of eye drops, now they are on lysine, colloidal silver, I have been to cat eye specialist, not much help. Their eyes are cloudy white. One may have eye out his eye has a lot of tissue over it. They are your worst nightmare, can any one help me? Is there a cure or near with the cloudy white eyes?
