Help Requested for Larynx and Oral Acidity; Why ACV Intolerance

Posted by Gail ( Ny 12401) on 08/23/2017 10 posts

Laryngeal Acid Reflux: Organic Cold Pressed Aloe Vera Gel for Barrets Syndrom: I used this gel for 3 years after the diagnosis; and my last endoscope said the disease was gone: while I watched a young woman half my age suffer and die of the disease. However, I have and always have had problems with acidity, gastric and kidney. Now the ENT tells me I have reflux of the tissue under my Larynx; symptoms of sore, burning throat, difficulty swallowing and loss of voice.

For some reason ACV give me a stomache ache. Now I am taking distilled water as sole liquid and Bicarbonate soda l/8 tsp. in small amount of water and my throat and mouth is burning. Despite the fact that I avoid almost all acidic food intake.

Can anyone help me; tell my why ACV is intolerable to me; is it possible I am decreasing too much acid so that it effects the esophageal sphincter to open causing reflux to the throat and mouth. I would truly appreciate some advice. Thanks Gail N.

Gail. I suspect low magnesium. Those sphincters need enough magnesium to be supple yet strong.

To review the steps for reflux.

Magnesium malate for runny stool types. Citrate for constipated types. 250mg 2x a day. At the very least. I would suggest making some magnesium oil for topical application. Buy magnesium flakes (amazon) 60% flakes in a mason jar, 40% spring water. Let stand 1/2hour or more, cap shake. You now have magnesium oil. Apply liberally to neck, chest. I keep mine in a glass spray bottle. This may sting. If so add some castor oil, more water, or more mag oil. Once your levels are up it no longer stings. We have found that injury or illness takes up enormous amounts of magnesium. You seem to have both to battle.

Ted recommends aloe vera oil. (Amazon lotion makers suppliers) this spoils quick. Buy small amounts frequently. 2 or 3 drops in some water. Drink 2x a day.

Slippery elm herb coats the esophagus, to stop the action causing burning. Follow bottle directions.

Full protein digesting enzyme, with hcl. At the beginning of food consumption. Every meal a pill. Some take 1 at the start and 1 mid meal. There is no upper limit to enzymes.

Amino acids. 1 dose 20 minutes before food on an empty stomach. Full spectrum amino and branch chain aminos. BCAA They are seldom sold in 1 bottle together.

For a short duration. L Glutamine. 500 to 100mg at the same time. This is a healer. Taking it after you get better can be counterproductive.

Drink fluoride free spring water as you eat. Throughout the meal. Chew completely as you eat.

1/2 hour after food. 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass. Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Let it fizz out. Add 1/2 glass of water 2x a day 5 days out of 7. This one I poured a little out and added a little water at first. Then after feeling better I could take it normally.

Elimination...

Gmos and grains at least until you have healed. Then you could maybe eat some gluten free wheat free grains. You will notice a big difference in how you feel getting off grains though.

Msg

Fluoride

Aluminum

Coated pans for cooking

Aspertame

Sugar

Soy

Try to finish eating for the day by 5pm

Papaya we buy dehydrated papaya at the co op. And chewable papaya enzyme (like tums but healthy for you) to reduce symptoms, can be used often.

I have sprayed a smidge of mag oil in my mouth to further enrich supplies.

Mouth rinse...instead of mouthwash. 1/2 Milk of Magnesia 1/2 spring water. I make a bottle at a time. Add a few drops of peppermint oil. Shake. Rinse mouth a few times do not rinse away residue after last spit. To add phosphorus to mouth and gut lining add a few drops of liquid mineral phosphorus to mix.

To raise levels of silica, mix diatomaceous earth powder with water to make a paste. Spoon on toothbrush. Brush teeth. Rinse with m.o.m. solution.

To raise boron levels in body. Balance hormones. Critical to healing. 1/8 tsp of 20 mule team borax in 1 liter of clean spring water. Used in beverages throughout the day. Not all at once. 4 days out of 7.

To get the remaining trace minerals to heal. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of sea salt in water in the am

B50 2x a week

Niacinamide b3 is critical to digestion, not niacin. 2 or 3 x a day. 500 mg. 1000mg at bed time. Some get sleepy from daytime doses so then 500mg in evening and 1000mg at bedtime.

Things that are outside Teds remedies that we found helpful.

Bulletproof coffee. You can order Dave Aspry, s or cobble it together yourself with butter and collagen. This really improves damage.

You might find colloidal silver spray to throat through mouth soothing. 10ppm not nano silver. When you buy it add 2 or 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide. To reduce the size of the silver particles more, for better absorption.

This is a healing regime. Intended to be shorter term to heal your digestive system. It sounds like a lot. We incorporated things over time. Hormones are first. Then each thing added. Took about 2 weeks to get the hang of it. Most are 5 days out of 7 unless otherwise stated. This is how we began fixing the 6 of us and my Mom.

I suggest you look into vitamin D. 2 good sources are Dr. Michael Holick on youtube and greenmed info on facebook.

Most people are deficient in vitamin B complex and end up with a lack of stomach acid. This is particularly due to a vitamin B6 deficiency. The supplements that have helped digestion directly (which helps the liver) are always in the following order: vitamins B6, B12, and B1. Liver fats are a big issue in U.S., which indirectly causes heart disease from fruit consumption high in fructose, high fructose corn syrup, being the most critical dietary issue leading to liver problems, which causes dryness of the eyes and mouth.

The fact that "acids (apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, hcl) improve the moisture but bases like sodium bicarbonate, magnesium, calcium all make them drier" has a lot to do with your circulation issues. Apple cider vinegar, HCl, and lemon juices decalcify the calcium buildup in the circulatory system and as a result this improves moisture in the eyes. Magnesium, calcium and sodium bicarbonate alkalize the body but do nothing to affect calcification compared to citrate forms, such as citric acid in lemon juices. Citrate has not had the limelight it needs, but is the major chelator of heavy metals. A grave concern since arsenic and lead contaminants are found in about 50 to 70% of all clients. These arsenic and lead are oxidative, and reducing agents (reduces and chelates) are mainly lemon juice and citrates, helps in reducing the buildup of these leading to improved circulation, In fact, citrate is a MAJOR element in the cure for cancer and prevention. ORP was not stressed enough to keep it simple, but most people low energy and lack of circulation and cancer, their urinary ORP is between -10 mV to -30 mV. A healthy person should be at least -80 mV, but in immune comprised individual their urinary ORP may need to be higher, such as -100 mV to -150 mV.

So measuring ORP may provide some clues as to liver dryness, it is likely to be in the low ORP range, such as above -50 mV, when you need -80 to -150 mV. Vitamin C sodium ascorbate found in vitamin C and baking soda or sodium ascorbate or apple cider may help.

"If I take the lemon and sodium bicarbonate or Apple Cider Vinegar and sodium bicarbonate they improve also, but it must be mixed with an acid."

The negative ORP was responsible in helping your dryness issues, either in your taking baking soda plus apple cider vinegar, or lemon and baking soda, or sodium ascorbate, or potassium ascorbate. It may reflect lack of potassium as the reason for eye dryness, but lack of glutathione may be at issue as well, so raising glutathione by taking N acetyl cysteine is a good choice in supplement for dry eyes. Use the non-effervescent kind (manufacturers tend to add aspartame in that kind and is not labeled).

The other issue with granulated Lecithin is that it may help the liver in getting rid of the fatty liver (remember that dryness in the eye is a clue) taking one to two tablespoons a day. Dryness could be the symptom of PABA deficiency too, as it helps vascular elasticity. You might try taking it at 1000 mg twice a day for a month, but it must be balanced with baking soda and lemon juice to neutralize the acidity found in PABA.

"I always feel like my liver is creating pressure on my side and sometimes painful."

There may be a bacteria buildup or parasites in the liver that may be protected by tiny cysts or fats, causing the pain. I use sound therapy usually 3 to 10 minutes, but you can try lavender oil and tea tree oil applied on the liver before sleep and see which ones work better. These essential oils will kill some unknown bacteria/fungus/virus transdermally.

"C-diff a few years ago for a year and it was very hard to get rid of and I am anxious about killing off my good bacteria."

Well if you keep up with the pH and ORP, and not use antibiotics, then it should be fine.
