If Ted could reply I would appreciate it.

My leg muscle start to jump and ache as soon as I lie still. It is NOT restless legs as it doesn't stop if I get up and move. I have been put on all the usual medications 'Lyrica' pergablan etc and they made me worse. I am going crazy for the lack of sleep. One leg starts 1st for 4 or 5 hours, then when that stops the other starts. Sometimes they both go together. I don't know what is worse, the pain or the jumping. I had DBS for Dystonia 2 years ago which was a success and I had this before to op though not as bad. I sweat a lot and have no energy. It is like I have to drag myself through the day. I have considered ending it all as I have no quality of life. I feel ignored by my neurologist and GP. They keep sending me from one to the other. Thanks Ted.

You might benefit greatly by using oil of magnesium. You can rub some on bottom of your feet, or back of legs, and/or get a small dish tub and soak your feet in it with some warm water. Hope this helps.

My husband gets terrible leg aches from varicose legs, he has very bad circulation. He gets a ton of relief from eating bananas everyday. I believe it's the potassium. You say you sweat a lot, you may have a deficiency of potassium. It's easy and cheap, and delicious. I suffer from restless legs and have a terrible time if I drink too much caffeine, alcohol, and I find that medications aggravate it too. Ibuprofen, melatonin, cold meds, all make it worse. I use a homeopathic combination to relieve it when I wake up at night from it. There's also a combination for leg cramps, I don't know if that would help. Good luck!

There is no standard for checking of blood viscosity and blood fats as opposed to cholesterol. But typically the blood sugar always rises up and these fungal and bacteria produces biofilm that are polysaccharides form of biofilm that limits blood circulation and causes a reflex responses caused by infection of myelin sheath. The treatment is not to eat high fat foods such as chocolate, cheese, bacon, ice cream and fried foods. The source of this fungal bacteria comes from small intestines due to eating too fast especially not chewing. Also result the vegetable cannot be digested as mammals lack enzymes to digest them. Anyway fulvic acid and humic acid taken every day for a month should stop some of this kicking. Avoid foods especially fructose and fruits and take light meals or not at all after 6 pm. Since my treatment is very advanced and more difficult to acquire i will stick to simple remedies for now.

May help improve if you take b8 inositol 4000 mg and b6 taken before eating 100 mg. It might also help if you take granulated lecithin one tablespoons a day, vitamin k and vitamin c.
