Is It Safe to Take Food Grade Peroxide Internally and Also Inhale It?

Is it ok to take hydrogen peroxide internally & also use it to spray in the mouth and/or use in a nebulizer. I want to spray for lung issues but also would like to take in suggested drops to rid my body of toxins.
