What Remedies Can Help My 7 Month Old Cat Who Is Not Eating?

My 7 month female kitty has not been eating for the past few days, she is on soft food only, and in the 48 hours, she just had a few treats, 2 spoons of her vitamin and a small piece of cheese, there is no sign of her being sick, she's active, she's just refusing to eat, I have tried every single trick to make her eat but no luck.

I took her to the vet and he confirmed that she doesn't look sick & no need to do any blood tests as of yet!

Can you please suggest a remedy to help her boost her appetite?

My 1 1/2 year old kitty is also not eating - but still is going outside though seems a little lethargic;
