Natural Remedies and Treatments for Myopia – What Worked for You?

My 7-year-old son has been diagnosed with myopia. His left eye is -2.25, and his right eye is -0.5. I'm concerned about his vision worsening over time, I've heard about eye exercises, outdoor time, blue light reduction, and nutritional approaches—has anything worked for your child?

Have you looked at the child's diet? Are they getting enough Vitamin A?

Hi Valentina,

Spending time outdoors, in the sunlight, will help. Not wearing glasses unless necessary. Avoid eye strain. If you follow the advice in this book, your child will not need glasses any longer.
