Sick In October And Advice Needed On Possible Parasite

Posted by Johnson (Warrensburg, Mo, Usa) on 06/13/2011

Hi, I got sick in October (about 8 months ago) I think that I got some sort of food poisioning because my mother also got sick. We started with just runny diarrhea and then mucus and just kept going down hill from there. She got better after about 5 weeks and I did not. I then went to my doctor who put me on cypro (an antibotic) and from there I got even worse. I started having diarrhea all the time 4-6 times a day and then just kept getting worse and then the bleeding started.

I went to a GI and he told me after my colonoscopy that I had ulcerative colitis. They did a c diff test and said it was negative. I actually had 2 done. He told me I would have to be on a steriod for 2 months and then the drug asacol for the rest of my life. I did not want to do that so I decided to take the steriod which did help and I went to see a natural doctor. He told me that I had a parasite infection. He gave me something to kill the parasite and almost instantly it worked!

Then just this last month I got sick again, my natural doctor is scratching his head on how to kill this parasite in my intestines if that is what it really is? He has tried several things and it really has not helped like it did the first round. What could this be? Do you think I have a parasite or just bad bacteria and no good bacteria? I have tried several probiotics as well and that has not helped either??? It is now June and I am back on the steriod and now that isn't helping either. The diarrrhea, cramping and blood is increasing. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? I am young and have to little kids I want to get better so I can take care of them. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you so much!

For killing the internal bugs I believe taking Neem Tree capsules would do the job. I would use the bark, but the dried leaves are good also, you can get them at a health food store or online, I would start with 3 times a day for a week, then increase to 2 capsules 3 times a day for one month. Drink a lot of water all day, at least 2 quarts a day. Merryanne in Central FL

I read that cayenne pepper stops bleeding (research it). So I put about 1/2 tsp. in a glass of water and I drank it. I don't think I'm bleeding anymore.
