Side Effects From Drugs for High Blood Pressure
My husband's doctor has put him on three different meds for high blood pressure.
- 40mg lisinopril
- almodipine besylate 10 mg
- losartan potassium 100mg
Anyone have experience with these drugs and their side effects? What I found online scares me.
He has developed a constant clearing of his throat so far. Thank you for any input.

I know what you say is true, I recently went into the hospital for my blood pressure. It was 220/105 and they kept me there for 3 days. The doctor in the hospital insisted on giving me that terrible drug Lisinopril I had the worst migraine headache from it. I told the hospital doctor about it but he made me take it anyway. I was changed to another drug by my primary doctor because he listened to me, and at a very small dose now I am better but want to get off of all of them. Hope your husband gets better.
