Sinus Polyp Remedy Help Pls Requested

Sinus Polyps - Has anyone found help for this apart from an operation? I have tried so many different things but can't get relief.

Deirdre: I had two boughts of Sinus Polyps couple yrs ago which were treated & cured in a few days by nebulizing Colloidal Silver and applying otc triple antibiotic ointment over the nose.
