Need Remedies for Soft Tissue Sarcoma on Inner Thigh of Dog

My almost 12 year old American Bulldog has an inoperable huge mass of soft tissue sarcoma on her inner thigh. This has been a recurring issue for her and she has been operated on twice before (different areas...but same leg.). I have her on Life gold (essiac and Chaga mushroom) but need some advice on either topical or ingestible helpful natural products to help shrink and beat this monster in her.
