Need Help for Wrist Pain That Isn't Healing

Posted by Lauren (Queens) on 01/20/2018

Hey EC....I have a question which I'm hoping someone can help me with. About 6 weeks ago, I woke up with a terrible pain on my left wrist along with a cracking sound everytime I tried to move my wrist. Fast forward to present day, the cracking sound is gone but the pain is apparently here to stay. Sometimes its bearable but sometimes it really hurts depending on how much I use the hand during the day at work etc. Some family members suggested carpel tunnel but I am hardly on the computer. I am hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on here. My diet is very healthy, hardly any junk food so I am baffled. By the way, I am menopausal/hypothyroid as well. Don't know if this can cause it as well. Thanks guys.

Lauren, my wrist pain has reduced dramatically with clay poultices and castor oil rubs.

Massaging castor oil into the area of pain at night and in the morning may help. It seems to work for me for many types of pain.

If it is carpal tunnel, this could help.

Blackstrap molasses would be another thing to try as the nutrients help with carpal tunnel and many other problems.

I have had carpal tunnel type pain from even sleeping with my arm a certain way.
