Suspected Sun Poisoning Rash Remedies Needed
Hello: I am 45 yrs old and up until now have never had sun poisoning but I am sure that is what I have now. I have several patches of red bumps on my lower legs but no where else on my body. It does not itch, burn, sting, it's just there and quite embrrasing. It popped up a few days after spending 2 days at a public swimming pool and being out in the sun for a couple of hours each of the 2 days. Does anyone have any ideas or cures for this? Since my original post regarding my suspected sun poison rash, I realized there were some details that I left out accidentally. Back in April, I had a terrible case of what I thought was poison ivy. I have had PI many times in my life, but this stuff was awful. I had huge red itchy patches on each lower leg, and my right forearm. Looked like I had been in a fire! I went to the dr and got a shot of prednilasone and also had 1 oral round of the steroid. I was also applying Triamcinolone acetonide cream on the areas. Later I learned that jewelweed was the alternative cure so I went thru 3 bottles of that, which worked great. Anyhow, so now I have what I think is sun poison, and I find it odd that I have never had it before, but now I do after going thru what I did with the poison ivy and I also think I had some sumac since it looked like nothing I had never seen before. I just thought these details would be important for anyone who thinks they may have a cure for me.thanks
