Hi Sanna,

We have been hearing a lot about the current situation re Covid 19 in Fiji recently and it sounds pretty grim! I saw only yesterday that the N.Z. Saint John Ambulance have dispatched a few four-wheel-drive Ambulances and some medical supplies to Fiji in the last few days and trust they will be useful in getting supplies to the more rugged, hard-to-reach, remote locations of the Interior.

Regarding your eye problem, two months seems like a long time to suffer with that. One needs to be cautious with the eyes and I wish I could suggest more options (there are more choices out there) but my personal favourite would have to be the Chamomile Tea Bag on the Eye Protocol. Just enjoy a cup of good quality (maybe N.Z. Healtheries or Red Seal?) Chamomile tea and while you are drinking it, allow the teabag to cool, so that when it is warm (not hot) place it on the eye for ten or fifteen minutes. Try this two or three times each and every day for as long as it takes plus a couple of extra days to be sure of a good result and Bob's your uncle! In addition, you could gently rub some organic Castor Oil into the sides of the neck where the Lymph Nodes are located. Even the act of rubbing should stimulate any sluggish nodes to move things along a bit better. Do both sides of the neck. Also, increase your fluids consumption.

Please let us know how you get on.

Cheers from New Zealand

Hello, I had a traumatic injury to my forehead, just above my eyebrow, a number of years ago and the swelling under the eye also went on for months, similar to you. Also the swelling was much worse in the morning. Eventually it got better but it did take a long time.

A few suggestions to help you:

1. Ice the area once or twice a day for a few minutes
2. Apply arnica gel
3. Take Bromelain supplements (pineapple enzymes)
4. Avoid gluten products as they will increase puffiness dramatically.

Hope this helps. Please update us.
