I am looking for the amounts and frequency and procedure of the cure for Bladder Cancer that Ted says he uses:MSM, tanner acid, BHT, lysine, glutimine, and threonine.

I am sorry, I don't know the amounts for Ted's protocol and Ted has not been able to answer questions for a while.
You might consider the Budwig Diet or Essiac Tea, since those protocols are easy to follow and seem to be quite successful.
