Treating Dog With Possible Mange

Started what seemed to be ear mites in my fur babies ears (dog) then chewing feet (little black bugs) then noticed around her ears, nose backs of her front legs parts of her tail hair missing,, then the sides of her face and eye brows where getting darker (she's strawberry blond)]got ear mites medicine did treatment but didn't fix might problem, she was laying on side in sun and I notices black bugs coming to surface of back thigh, I felt so bad for her, I use kleen free concentrate diluted in spray bottle for plants ect ( live in controlled on farm with animals, I spritzed where they where on her seemed to kill them, she has always loved being in sun but she's squinting her eyes alot, if they are in their eyes, how u get them out?

My question is there a peroxide, borax * water solution for this? How often u use & how to make it? What crazy is about a week after I noticed my hair was thinning and felt like bugs crawling on my head, am also loosing arm, leg hair, and have seen it yet bit you bugs coming outa my skin, will borax, peroxide solution work for me also
