Ulcer on Face Not Healing After 4 Years

I have this small ulcer on my face which I've had four years. It hasn't got any bigger it stays the same but won't heal. Any recommendations?

Wendy, green clay, or any healing clay will cure it, but it usually takes months. If you want to try it, since it's on your face, apply the wet clay only at night.
