What Are The Measurements For Remedies Like Acv And Baking Soda

Hi, I am new to Earthclinic and I want you to know that I love your web site! Some things I knew about and I am glad that I am on track with them. My question is, how much of a measurement do I use for the given remedy? Such as; How much Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda do I use, and is it to be used in how much water or not? The measurements are not given for many remedies. I anxiously wait for your reply.

Hello Fransa,

Your questions on quantify of ACV and Baking Soda. My ratio is .... 1 cup water plus one to two tablespoons of ACV and one third teaspoon of Baking Soda stirred. After fizzing down I consume.
