What Can Be Applied To Face Of Chihuahua With Yeast Infection Sores

We have a 5lb chi that has yeast infection. It's really bad on her face with open sores. She doesn't scratch. Her skin is orangey in color on belly and neck. The medicated shampoo gave her seizures. I'm going to try Apple Cider Vinegar after bath. But what can I put on her face?
