What Remedy Will Help Shingles Scab Near Eye To Heal
I just found this site. Have had shingles for a month now. I have the scabs but the original one is not going away. What should I use? Suppose to have shoulder surgery on 6-5, already rescheduled once, so I need to have it gone so I can pass the physical. Have been using coconut oil keeping it covered when I'm not at home. I got it above my eye and in my left eye. Was blessed and still have my vision. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

OUCH!!
I've used colloidal silver many times to kill conjunctivitis in my eye. But I'm careful not to use CS for more than two days running and three times per day. After a week I've used again.
Well, the CS works on that particular virus; and shingles is a virus. I'd personally give it a try to kill shingles virus in eye if me.
On shingles above eye I'd use a poultice or salve made of CS plus a little DMSO to make sure it penetrates. I've also added cayenne in the past with Vitamin E (natural, not synthetic). But given the close proximity to your eye, I'd be extra cautious that nothing drips down into the eye and to make sure of safety would leave off the cayenne. The DMSO could also be painful too so again I'd be extra cautions in the application above eye. I'd repeat four or five times in a few days. The CS will kill the virus I've found and the DMSO is a penetrant and carrier.
