Why Take ACV and Baking Soda Together? Don't They Neutralize One Another?

Why ACV & Baking Soda together since they're opposites and neutralize each other?
So how is this drink so beneficial?
Up till now I'd been taking Baking Soda at night before bed and the ACV during the day to keep the acid and alkali separate.
Does anyone have a clue what this is all about, why drink them together?

I believe you have a great question. I've wondered the same myself but I can tell you that while the baking soda reduces the Apple Cider Vinegar acidity it doesn't appear to reduce its nutrient quality. And I have noticed how much better I sleep with the mix than either by themselves. I think it helps my kidneys not have to work as hard regulating ph.
