Safe DMSO Amount In Nebulizer For COPD With Hernia Mesh?

Need safe mix amounts of dmso and distilled water for use in nebulizer for copd. Need to know if this will dissolve my hernia mesh that fails every 3 years anyhow. Want to apply dmso to my stomach but do not want to kill the mesh. Any suggestions would help. I take 50/50 mix orally twice a day in glass of water. Thank you for any info. Alice
