Is Expeller Pressed Sesame Oil Ok For Oil Pulling

So I read that sesame oil was good for oil pulling so I went and bought some. Now I am seeing that I should have bought cold pressed and I just bought organic expeller pressed. Will this still work? I am anxious to start this but do not want to waste my time with the wrong oil.

Hello Cari, it will still work. At least you bought the right oil for oil pulling. Next time get cold pressed. According to Ayurveda, sesame and sunflower oils are effective. Others not so. It is after all an ancient East Indian Ayurvedic remedy.
