Seeking Remedies for Cat With Polycystic Kidney Disease

Hi everyone, my beautiful Brandy is british blue shorthair cat and recently she was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease.. Vet determined that it is genetic disorder inherited from her parents..Her condition is serious, incurable and finally will lead to kidney failure, I am devastated but at the same determined to make sure the rest of her life with us is happy and healthy as much as possible , does anyone know of any remedies which can support her kidneys function?Or perhaps your furry baby had this horrible disease and you can advise me on how to deal with the lack of appetite ?
