I've been looking at boron which led to minerals in general which led to cumin which is definitely worthy of some attention, with regard to cancers of all kinds which is extremely interesting.

I've been playing with ideas regarding veganism and zero carb because zero carb people aren't vitamin deficient. And, according to all of man's beliefs around nutrients, that shouldn't be possible.

I've suspected that the human body does - or CAN - manufacture vitamin C in a process using fat, protein and trace minerals. But, of course, I also suspect cold fusion is one of many biological processes that have never been explored so, maybe I'm crazy.

If I had this issue, I would start with Buteyko breathing (instant relief from anxiety as well as a shot of oxygen to the cells), 5 grams vitamin C twice a day and cumin and boric acid foot baths and massaging the chest area with about 10 drops of 50/50 DMSO - half DMSO and half aloe vera. Actually, I would ingest the cumin and boric acid in trace amounts but wouldn't recommend anyone else try that as there's a lot of wild alarmism around boric acid which could create additional anxiety and stress which is ALWAYS bad when one is sick but I would definitely expect responses to the vitamin C, foot bath and DMSO massage.

I also played with inhaling the vapors of DMSO when I was tackling a knot of congestion in the aftermath of the virus. But by the time I thought of it I'd pretty much cleared it up with some super peppery potato soup.

There's no misting or vaporizing required. Simply remove the lid off the DMSO bottle - I'd make sure it was a glass bottle for this - and deeply inhale the vapors in the air trapped in the bottle with the DMSO. You could keep a small amount of DMSO in a large bottle for that. Just shake it a little bit, pop off the lid and inhale. I keep mine in an old glass gallon apple juice jug with a silicone stopper because the opening is small but I doubt that matters as the vapors don't seem to...ya know..."float" upward and out of it. Even a quart sized pickle jar would probably work just as well. If you don't have one, buy a jar of pickles. Pickle jars are easy to clean and pickles are cheap and you get a good glass jar to boot.

Of course, there are always mason jars but I would make sure to use the enamel liner that comes with them rather than a plastic replacement lid with all of that plastic surface area exposed along with their country of origin. And I would skip consumer silicone covers too, for the same reason.

I've often bought products I don't use, for their jars/bottles. Most have enamel coated lids. You can give away the contents if it's not something you like. It's the quickest way to get the exact bottle you need. Whether from the pickle, wine or international food section of a supermarket or some sort of foreign food market. Small Tobasco sauce bottles are excellent for drops, if you don't need to be precise - as for 50/50 DMSO. Plus, you can drink/eat the hot sauce for a shot of capsicum and simply rinse the bottle when it's gone rather than try to "clean" it. it won't spoil and trace amounts of capsicum and vinegar - even DWV - in DMSO would just be like "putting a cherry on top".

A side note - the most profound effect I've ever gotten from DMSO was from getting straight DMSO all over my hands and arms (and tops of my feet - don't ask) the first time I tried to transfer it to the juice jug. What a MESS I made! It took me a few minutes to get the job done and clean up and I was just starting to feel the burning sensation when I washed it off but I felt fantastic for 3 days! It was awesome! I keep meaning to put some in a hand soap dispenser and do that once a week but I haven't done it yet. And glass gallon jugs are heavy and awkward to pour from so...I don't like to pour from it any more often than necessary since I'm so sloppy. It's bad enough trying to get it into a dropper bottle! I have to pour it into a glass measuring cup and then pour that into a little creamer pitcher with a very narrow spout that I have and THEN into the dropper bottle - I guess I could get some extra long pipettes...or maybe a glass turkey baster...but I generally just use what I have. That way, if it's not super clean, at least I know the source of whatever dirt might be on it is from my own environment rather than some glass or plastic manufacturing/processing/finishing chemical that has to be removed and/or neutralized.

CINDY, ORH here, my bad... as Gluttony can apply to a lot of things besides food. After 50+ years, you have opened my eyes. I just wish MD's could use their judgement. I go to three functional MD's and they are full time cautious because of BIG BROTHER. They know what works in the Covid 19 saga, but have to use caution, as do the local pharmacy's. High tech is not all good. Our gov. gave out free cell phones so they could track you. Brave New World and 1984 all rolled into one. Ga Tech had pretty good required English Courses for an engineering school. Today, my Anti-aging doctor reviewed my extensive blood labs and went over supplements that correct the ones that are deficient. We eat well, so most were where she wanted them. Her strategy is to keep old folks hormones where they were earlier in life. That way you can still have sex and delay the old folks home.

MDs sort of get it from all sides - from people like me, from corporations who extort behavior from them using the threat of losing their medical licenses or malpractice insurance. Then they get dissatisfaction from patients, and stand right in the path of the patent medicine steam roller. If you think about it, they have zero support when it comes to actual "doctoring". Personally, I'm a huge fan of nurses. Some toe the company line but most actually care about doing what they set out to do which is to help people but doctors who buck the system would be completely on their own, with no backup. And not everyone has the stomach - nor the backbone - for that. Particularly those who are more socially-oriented and, of course, being considered a sort of God must have its perks...I don't know.

Imagine being smart enough to study hard and long enough to become a doctor, while borrowing your future, then you find out when you are on the job it was a lie, and you have no choices or freedoms and a ton of debt. Golden handcuffs. Now what does one do? A victim of the game players. Same with the dentist and many other professions, who owns the schools and the text being taught? I wonder how effective DMSO would be in a bath? I really don't like the topical application with having sensitive skin and it's quite itchy. Haven't tried internal use yet because I'm still nursing my daughter and had read somewhere it might not be good for nursing babies. Not sure I believe that's correct though ?
